Weather forecast from the Davis Vantage Pro weather station mounted at our location.

I wrote the software in perl and it connects to the SQLite database and
retrieves the current conditions from the weather station database. The
forecast is obtained from NOAA for Iowa City. I use this data to
extract the highs and lows and the conditions. This is used to pick the
image that will be displayed next to the days forecast.
